Certificate of Occupancy (C of O)
The process is long and paperwork-heavy, and it stalls quickly when a step is missed. We prepare the survey, tax, and identity documentation, submit the application, and track it through the process on your behalf.
Where a property is not eligible, or where a Governor's Consent or Deed of Assignment is the more sensible route, we will say so rather than take you through an application that cannot succeed.
