Start anywhere. Tell us what you have already done, whether that is a receipt, a survey or a half-finished Certificate of Occupancy, and we will pick it up from there.
Our office is at 35 Adesuwa Road, GRA, Benin City, Edo State. We work across Edo State, and you are welcome to come in and talk to us in person rather than only over the phone.

Yes. A C of O passes through twelve stages and can take a long time, so rather than leaving you guessing you can check where your file is at any point using your file number and surname on our tracking page.
That depends on what you want to do with it. We can manage the property for you, value it when you need to know what it is worth, take a building plan through approval, or build on it. The same team stays with you.
